Business Description
Profitable spa with strong reviews and growth potential.
Founded in 2011, Gravity Spa is a profitable massage and flotation therapy spa with a loyal client base and outstanding online reviews. For over a decade, Gravity Spa has helped thousands of people find relief, relaxation, and healing – creating a business that is not just profitable, but deeply meaningful.

? A Business That Changes Lives
Clients come to Gravity Spa to manage pain, reduce stress, and improve their well-being. Many become lifelong customers, grateful for the life-changing benefits of massage and flotation therapy. As the new owner, you’ll inherit a reputation for genuine care, exceptional service, and a welcoming culture that sets Gravity Spa apart.

? Turnkey or Owner-Operated Flexibility
With an experienced manager and team in place, a buyer can maintain the current hands-off ownership style and still enjoy steady income. However, for someone passionate about wellness and community impact, stepping in as an owner-operator offers significantly higher earnings and the chance to lead a team making a difference every day.

? Strong Financials with Room to Grow
While revenue and profits have declined slightly in recent years as ownership stepped back from daily operations, the business remains profitable with substantial potential for growth. More aggressive marketing, reopening closed days, optimizing services, and expanding offerings can drive revenue well beyond historical highs.

? Expansion Opportunities
There is tremendous opportunity to add new revenue streams such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy, expanding Gravity Spa’s reach in the booming wellness market and providing even greater benefits to clients.

? Why Buy Gravity Spa?
?? Profitable business with a decade-long track record
?? Makes a meaningful impact on clients’ health and lives
?? Turnkey operation with experienced manager and staff
?? Growth potential through marketing, optimization, and service expansion
?? Beloved brand with a strong community reputation

This is your chance to own a business that not only earns you income but also helps people live better, healthier lives every day. Whether you seek a hands-off investment with solid returns or a purpose-driven role leading a passionate team, Gravity Spa is ready for its next chapter.

Facilities & Assets
The business has two flotation tanks / float rooms and six massage rooms. There's also a large common area which can be used for group activities. The current rent is $1250/mo and includes all utilities. This is super low because the owner also owns the building. Upon sale, rent would need to move to a market rate which we believe is more around $2300/mo. The owner would also consider selling the entire building (which brings in rent from other businesses).

Market Outlook / Competition
There are plenty of massage businesses in the area but Gravity Spa carves out its own niche by being an "off the beaten path" quirky niche location. The therapists are excellent and the culture is fun and refreshing, making it stand out from franchised massages businesses.

The other arm of the business is flotation. Not nearly as common as massage. Tru Rest is a competitor about 20 miles away.
Opportunities for Growth
Yes, many. The clients interested in massage and flotation are interested in other wellness modalities like cryo, red light, IV, compression, sauna and more. The owner just chose to keep things simple and manageable instead of focusing on growth and additional revenue.

Transition Support
Owner of this business has run it passionately since it was opened but over time, interest has slowly faded. But absolutely wants to see it move on to someone who cares about the business, brand, staff, and clients. Owner is willing to support the buyer for as long as is needed to make sure the transition process is smooth and complete.
