Why Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa?

The wellness industry isn't slowing down. Americans spend an average of $6,000 per year on wellness, and consumer behavior shows that self-care has shifted from an occasional splurge to a regular part of everyday life. Hand & Stone is positioned at the center of that shift, offering an accessible membership model that makes massage and facial treatments a monthly habit rather than a rare treat. Our real estate team has identified 1,000 available trade areas across the country, and we are looking for health and wellness advocates with sales or business management experience to help grow our footprint.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal franchisee is passionate about wellness and committed to delivering premium self-care services to their community. We welcome health and wellness advocates, current multi-unit franchisees, executives looking for their next chapter, private equity investors, and veterans.

Testimonials

"I was a client for a couple years and I really loved the whole membership model of this business. My wife and I were looking for new business opportunities and we were already impressed with the Hand & Stone brand but the leadership of the team was what made Hand & Stone the clear winner." - Eric Danver, Owner of 31 spas.

"I wanted to start my own business in the health and wellness industry and what attracted me to Hand & Stone is that when clients come to us, they leave better than when they came." - Teri Evans, Multi-Unit Franchisee

“Hand & Stone has over 500 locations, but somehow operates like they have 50. From the day I signed the franchise agreement, I’ve had frequent and close support, especially with their pre-opening project coordinator, Jane, who was always a phone call away. We are now almost two months post-opening, and the support hasn’t slowed. Having never operated a spa before, I’m grateful for all of the resources available to set up my business for success. This franchisor understands that my success is key to their success, and it shows in the way they operate.” Jarom Bettinger, Franchisee
