Superior has developed a Quick Start Program to help get franchisees off to a fast start. There are approximately 200 specific tasks in this program that are initiated immediately after signing a Franchise Agreement, before the franchisee attends training. Superior uses the Teamwork® tool to coordinate launch tasks and ensure franchisees have taken care of all details to launch their business after training is complete. Regular meetings with an assigned Quick Start Coordinator ensure progress is made each week. Superior’s new Franchisee Training Program is both online and onsite training in Jacksonville that covers all aspects of the business - sales, installation, administration, and production.
