Operating as a single-member limited liability company, Precision Drone Wash was established at the end of 2024 as a scalable and innovative window and building cleaning company. Utilizing advanced drone technology, PDW offers safer, faster, and more cost-effective cleaning solutions compared to traditional methods. Our premium Lucid Sherpa Drone accesses hard-to-reach areas with ease, up to 14 stories (with the ability to go higher), reduces chemical use, and eliminates the need for scaffolding, cutting insurance and equipment costs while dramatically improving safety. Services are completed 5-10x faster than traditional methods. Our target clients include property managers/owners of mid to high-rise buildings, hospitals, offices, hotels, stadiums, apartments, housing developments, and universities.

Growth Potential: While several demos and complementary jobs have been completed at a 100% success rate, PDW is currently pre-revenue. That said, there is strong inbound interest from reputable property firms. Personal obligations have limited my ability to pursue paid contracts, including jobs that would have begun building a portfolio of high-value clients. Under the right management, PDW is well-positioned to secure recurring service contracts exceeding $1M annually, with scalable opportunities in project work, ongoing maintenance agreements, and future add-on services such as roof inspections, 3D modeling, thermal imaging, and autonomous surface cleaning.

Reason for Sale: I am not able to dedicate the time required to grow this business. I continue to receive daily inquiries from property managers, university facilities teams, and stadium operators requesting quotes, but I’m currently unable to pursue these opportunities.
