This listing is for the sublease of the kitchen and common areas. There is also a nice sidewalk area for service. Your service can happen concurrently with performances there will be no interruption.
I want no share of your profits you keep everything you make.
This is an “As Is Rental” there is “No Hood” so cooking meat on the premises is not allowed. However, it’s a great spot for sandwiches, coffee, espresso, Boba health food, etc..
The performances don’t start till 10 AM and usually run on and off all day until about 10 PM
You would have 24 -access
Coffee grinder, coffee maker, refrigerator, stand mixer, 3 compartment sink, freezer, waffle maker, induction stove are all included.
