The mix is available in 25 lb bags and is shipped or delivered locally at affordable wholesale pricing. You’ll receive complete training at our original location in St. Simons Island, Georgia. Over the course of 2–4 weeks, I’ll personally walk you through every step of the operation, including crêpe prep and technique, espresso and seasonal drinks, food trailer layout and efficiency, POS training, customer service, scheduling, ordering, health code compliance, and grassroots marketing.

Along with hands-on training, the package includes our full recipe book, vendor and equipment lists, menu and layout templates, seasonal menu guides, and shop floorplans designed for different business sizes — from trailers and takeaway shops to full-service cafés. You’ll also have ongoing access to new product updates, launch check-ins, and direct support via phone, text, or email.
