- There are no facilities included with your franchise fee. We help you to find the best location, and work with you to decide whether your best scenario is to build or lease your building.
**Please note that while we are asking that you have $70,000 to start the project, that the entire investment to get your school open will be close to $250,000. 3rd party financing can help to finance what you do not have in liquid capital. - Market Outlook / Competition
