We also take advantage of off-market deals before they are made public. Having a huge base of cash buyers, we can use option contracts to sell properties to them as well, where they will fix and flip or fix and hold.

will teach you how to analyze certain properties in their city/county.
You can view these properties locally in person and make final calculations using our software and experience. Based upon their calculations we will either invest in the properties or not.
