- We have a shop in West Salem we allow other franchise owners to access with endless amounts of equipment and tools to get the jobs done. Of course we have a list of affordable tools you to could and should purchase. Keep in mind you'll need a van or a truck as well.
- Market Outlook / Competition
- Oregon is building new apartments, homes and commercial spaces at an alarming rate. We are rated #1 so we get called first to provide an estimate and we land them no problem. People trust us because of our reviews and good name. Is there competition, yes, but there is so many people moving to Oregon that we get first shot at them and other companies don't worry us. Plus we have all our return customers calling us like clockwork.

- If you purchase a location to franchise I will hands on Support and train for 6 months and turn over all that locations customers to you right away. For example Stayton/Sublimity and Aumsville are one location that can be taken over, Woodburn and near by cities is one location, Albany/Corvallis is one location, Eugene/Springfield is one location and areas in Portland or other locations you desire you just request it to me.
