EDDIE’S CALZONES IS EXPANDING

We have an exponentially growing business in our chain, Eddie’s Calzones. In the middle of Five Points - Columbia, we have our FIRST restaurant, open now for a little over 10 years, with two other locations in major college towns, Downtown Athens GA (227 East Clayton St) & Auburn AL (130 North College St), and we are looking to expand into at least two more markets this coming year. ROCHESTER, CORTLAND, CHARLESTON, SYRACUSE, ALBANY, CHARLOTTE, BUFFALO, GREENSBORO, RALEIGH-DURHAM, MYRTLE BEACH, BINGHAMTON, AUGUSTA are truly our ideal markets moving forward. There are lots of opportunities in each of these states, plenty more than the ones listed above!

Our flagship restaurant in Columbia near USC, pulling the most business, doing the highest volume delivery, and also still increasing year over year over the last five years, putting us over $1.3 million for 2024.
Net Profits have been above 20% for each of the last 3 years, with 2023 at about 24%.

In each of our markets, we OWN the late night business.
2014 was the opening of the first at his calzones restaurant, with the other two locations quickly opening in just over two years after it’s founding.

We are open until 4 AM daily, we deliver, we serve a fast and fresh calzones with use of our own delivery, drivers, as well as Uber, DoorDash, GrubHub, Slice, and each location having their own local delivery service as well.

We thrived through COVID, in fact, we exponentially increase our sales during that timeframe, as we were one of the ONLY reliable businesses through it all.

This opportunity is to create the first Eddies Calzones location in EACH of these major college town locations.

It is with supreme confidence that ALL of these markets, with an energetic Owner-Operator (or partnership), we firmly believe could be extremely lucrative within the Eddie’s Calzones chain.

Our fee to utilize our model, trademarks, trade, secrets, hands-on training, daily assistance and advisement, is only $25,000 with only 4% monthly dues.

We are looking for: Second generation restaurants, unbeatable location, and all we need is a motivated operator you'll own your own equipment… And we can get started!

Once we sign a letter of intent, and a market holding fee ($1500 - taken off the overall $25k), we can begin to view properties immediately.
