- Industry-Leading Training: Launching a business can feel overwhelming, which is why Shine’s Bright Start Training & Launch Program is designed as a bite-sized, step-by-step process that builds confidence without overload. It begins with Bright Start 1, a virtual onboarding experience through Shine University. Owners meet 1–2 times per week with the training team, focusing on business setup, budget completion, early marketing, hiring, and sales preparation. Next is Bright Start 2, an in-person training at Shine’s Home Office near Grand Rapids, Michigan. Franchise Owners and their BDM and/or Crew Leader receive hands-on field and business training to ensure alignment and readiness for launch. Following this, owners receive 12 weeks of dedicated Launch Coaching to help implement what they’ve learned, hit early KPIs, and build a solid operational foundation. Once Launch Coaching is complete, owners graduate to working with a Franchise Business Coach who helps drive quarterly and annual goals through focused efforts and accountability.
