This is a fully operational turnkey restaurant and bar building featuring outdoor live music stage with beer garden and roof top deck. Perfectly situated downtown Cle Elum and highly convenient for locals, visitors and passers by.
The building was turned inside out and completely rebuilt in 2021 with all new systems including the additional kitchen building, new roof, reinforced structure, rooftop deck, HVAC, fire sprinklering and electrical system upgrades. The restaurant layout was designed by one of Seattle’s most well-known chefs with the intention for dual concepts that included two kitchens both with a type 1 hood.

The building’s interior design combines high ceilings with
reclaimed wood, repurposed materials, and contemporary
lighting. Polished concrete floors, white brick walls, and a mix
of modern farmhouse and mountain-chic aesthetics create a
warm and inviting atmosphere. Highlights include a 40-person
dining area, a 20-person full bar, a partially covered beer garden
and bar, a music venue, and a rooftop terrace with bar offering
breathtaking mountain views.
The layout lends to three distinct experiences. Beer garden with
casual food and walk-up window, roof top lounge and bar and
an indoor restaurant making this a perfect space for a coffee to
cocktail type of operation or a casual concept combined with a
more elevated experience.
