During its growth phase, Premier Floors expanded from a team of 2 full-time employees to a workforce of 14 by 2018. However, in 2020, the owners made the strategic decision to begin preparing for their retirement. Consequently, they closed the warehouse and sold their equipment during the pandemic, transitioning the company into a home-based operation that collaborates with sub-contractors.
