• $510,000 of bookkeeping billings of which 92% are monthly clients providing a consistent cash flow .
• 45 Monthly clients; 21 Quarterly clients. The quarters are specifically spread out so they don’t all fall in the same quarter.
• $50,000 of annual rental income (see below) for total recurring revenues of $560,000
