Company specializes in commercial plumbing for general contractors building warehouses, restaurants, hospitals, schools and tenant improvements as well as some residential projects. Clients range from general contractors to residential projects. 50-60% of monthly sales tend to be from repeat general contractors.

Facility is 1,800 sq.ft. and includes 3 office spaces, staff facilities, store room, warehouse, and service bay. The seller leases the real estate and it can be moved.

The ideal purchase candidate would be a company or person currently in the industry space or have the desire and capacity to enter it. Preferably, the candidate would have experience in operating a firm of comparable size, knowledge of the plumbing industry vertical, and someone that places a high value on reputation, quality of work, and integrity. Alternatively, a buyer could be an existing business owner in the industry looking to diversify or expand.

Staff is five, full time employees (including the owner). Hours of operation are currently Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday & Sunday. Additionally, a buyer will need to be able to acquire all licensing to support plumbing projects in the company's market.
