In Oct 2011, a group of friends began construction on the Winery with the passion to bring the burgeoning Texas wine industry to the heart of small-town Texas. They opened their historic 1926 tasting room and 10,000 case winery, located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 190 and State Highway 16, on June 1, 2012. They are proud to be a central part of the renaissance of San Saba. Just as the casual beauty, friendly personalities and relaxing hospitality defines small town Texas, the Winery is committed to making 100% Texas-grown wines that celebrate Texas terroir and wine-growing conditions. The Winery produces wines with grapes grown in their estate vineyards, as well as collaborating with select Texas Hill Country AVA and Texas High Plains AVA vineyards. They are proud to bring you Texas wines of purpose and distinction suitable for celebrations and every-day drinking.
