Market Outlook / Competition

While there are plumbers & some handymen who sell some water systems, pumps, & storage, nobody offers the service program that I do. Most of them are not good at sizing or designing water equipment or pumps.

Opportunities for Growth

I've done very little online marketing, no radio, no billboard, no paper except for hiring ads. I have an 4x8 sign on highway frontage, & the same graphics on my truck. Many of my new customers come by word of mouth. Minimal sponsorship of local programs. There is way more work to be won. Hauling water to customers who don't have a usable water source would be profitable. I've never gotten into it despite the appeal. The real estate offers enough room for rent houses or a small RV park. I've also been into irrigation pump systems, but had to drop it.
