- This island eats. And loves our food. We are one of only a few restaurants that do well year round. Great local following. "Too much" business to deal with in the summer, so that's a good problem. We have "competition", I keep competitive by making our food inhouse to keep prices reasonable, and I price compare to make sure my menu is priced for repeat business.
- Opportunities for Growth
- My sales have been on a consistant incline for our entire exsistence (disregarding covid years) and that is without opening on sundays, major holidays, or creating revenue stream with the upstairs. All of which would make quick increases to revenue. Another would be to promote alcohol more. I have maintained a family friendly atmosphere and never reallly push for drink specials or late night (currently close at 9 and staying open later would be another qiuck way to increase revenue).
