This B2B Equipment Distributor launched at the end of 2023. Our monthly revenues typically range between 20k and 50k/month in that time. August 2025 will be our largest month to date generating just under $100k revenue and over $20k profit. The market we service is relatively niche, but highly in demand with many established and small customers. We currently offer 2 product lines, one a White Label built to our specifications (2 products) and another is a product supplied by another company who we have a dedicated territory with ~150 miles surrounding Pittsburgh.

I am currently the sole owner/operator and have structured the business to require relatively minimal effort. I probably work on average 2-4 hours daily on sales and customer support. Some days are more and some are less. There is an opportunity to continue to run the business this way or scale. We have a very solid operational foundation and the most time spent is on sales and customer service.
