We are building a total of 6 zoning approved cabins. Base price nightly rental Now until we get past cabin number three is $248 per night for Sun. - Thurs. and $268 per night for Fri. & Sat. nights. After we can move up to the next "level on mountain" they will be $308 Sunday - Thursday and $328 per night for Fridays and Saturday nights for cabins 1,2,4 and 5. We have only rented cabins #1 and 2 only about 30 times as we are under construction and do not what to rent till finished. We don't want to rent them to keep from goodnight bad review because we're under construction. One of our slogans is we Offers Serenity & Relaxation and You cannot hear or see other cabins while the foliage is up.
Each cabin here on TRG® Island is $208 per night for Sun. - Thurs. and $228 per night for Fri. & Sat. nights. TRG® Island does over $5,500 per month on low side. $231,000 for 7 months. We are the highest paid square foot in Tennessee.
We turn away 10 to 15 people per day for over 5 years. We could have 50 cabins and have 98% bookings.
