Sustainable home and body refill shop with 2 storefronts
Business Description
Two brick and mortar locations + website focused on sustainable home and body products. Both located in very unique touristic towns with like minded locals. The business does well without much effort on owner's end, but with the right owner willing to invest some time and expertise, there is so much untapped potential and ability to generate sales and become a leader in the sustainable retail space.

Wonderful full time manager + attracts employees with strong work ethic - Facilities & Assets
- We have two locations in very sought after tourist destinations a little more than an hour apart from each other. Each location is built out with a beautiful minimal yet warm aesthetic with a lot of vintage touches throughout.
- Market Outlook / Competition
- With AI on the rise, people are craving real authentic natural products and experiences. This business has such a big opportunity to tap into workshops and events that evoke this type of nostalgia and hands on learning. One of the locations is in arguably the best spot in town and is very easy to convert customers. Road work due to fires is almost done (mid April) which has been very hard on sales, but I am confident numbers will go back up once roads are open again.
- Opportunities for Growth
- There is so much untapped potential!! I had so much momentum when opening the first shop but as I mentioned, having a baby really sidetracked me in a way I never expected. Some of the top plans on my list... 1) Better signage -- both locations have room for more street visible signs. 2) A more robust consignment program -- streamline using an app. 3) Loyalty program and/or membership + capture better data for email/SMS marketing. 4) real time marketing -- prior to kids I was posting daily and doing story sales on instagram and showcasing my lifestyle. 5) Influencer Marketing outreach - we barely have done much of this and anytime we do, it does really well. 6) Advertising Program 7) Branded merchandise. 8) Pop-ups, collabs, events, workshops! 9) Public Figure -- I have become so private as a mom but always get asked to do podcasts and collabs so if the new owner is open to becoming an influencer, this would be great for marketing. 10) E-commerce / email marketing / local delivery

About the Sale
- Seller Motivation
- Full time stay at home mom of 2 children. Business deserves more involved owner
- Transition Support
- I am truly passionate about this business and only stepping away due to having such small children, but I am available to consult to see it thrive! I would also be open to staying part of the team in a very minimal fashion if it makes sense for all parties (ie vintage sourcing for a percentage exchange).
