Our company has been in the HVAC/R business since 2002. We specialize in commercial refrigeration, however our repair and replacement of heating and cooling equipment (both commercial and residential) is at present our main income. We offer 24/7 service to the community and have commercial customers as far as 110 miles away. Right now there is a tremendous need for residential appliance repair because the only company that was doing this in our area has closed its doors.

- There is only one other company in our area that offers commercial refrigeration service. Our business is located on two busy intersecting main streets with high traffic. There is a large market for housing as well. So the house, which is included in sale price, could be sold off, used as a rental for income to help pay any loan, used for personal income or to live in on site eliminating the hassle of finding some place to live or even offered to an employee to live in as some kind of incentive.

- The potential for growth is definitely available as we have been requested to assume supermarket maintenance as well as remodel and new construction of commercial projects. Too, as mentioned there is no one in our area that is doing residential appliance repair so that would be a niche all unto itself. We get many calls requesting that kind of repair as well as numerous requests for plumbing which we do not offer other than for water heater change outs and boiler repair and installation.
