- The areas we service are active remodeling markets with a large number of older homes needing services. There is a large homeowner population that is aging and want to stay in their home. They often choose to use their equity for that easier low lip shower or ADA access or more open of a kitchen or add a deck etc. I notice they prefer to stay and remodel than sell as I am also a Realtor.
Competition here is missing the mid level contractor and that is where we come in. There are a lot of high end new construction contractors as we are in wine country. High net worth people with estate properties. Many companies compete for these large custom projects and that leaves the average homeowner without many professional choices. There are many unlicensed low end contractors and licensed high end contractors in the market. We have done well serving the middle. The need for the services we offer has been proven to exist. There are far more of the middle than high end in the areas we serve. - Opportunities for Growth
