Since 2020, our company has acquired multiple franchises of a leading restoration and construction business, and grown organically at an impressive rate. Before the first two acquisitions, the previous owners produced a total revenue of approximately $2,000,000 total across both territories. As demonstrated by the accompanying Profit and Loss reports (that will be sent after the execution of an NDA), we combined to generate approximately $5.8MM in total revenue from those two territories (our first full fiscal year owning both territories). This growth was realized by adding construction services, participating in storm (Cat) events through corporate, and by beginning to learn more about large loss services with a partner franchise.

Since then, we have added additional franchise territories (each resales from existing franchises) and are on pass to break $12MM of annual revenue for 2023.

We believe that we can continue our aggressive growth, but we need to capitalize the business to be in a better position to continue our aggressive pursuit of acquisitions. There are always opportunities within the franchise system to grow by acquisition of other franchise owners who are nearing retirement age, or want to pursue other business interests.
