Cutting tool buyers (direct, private-label and through integrated suppliers and distribution channels) range from the very large (US military and Fortune 500 businesses) to the very small (personal use). The Company sells globally, but the majority of its customers (approximately 90.0%) are in the US with a focus on specialized reamers and other cutting tools while also carrying a line of standard high speed steel reamers that includes taper pin and die maker reamers, Morse and automotive taper reamers and chucking and stub-length tools. 10,000 leased FT2 of office and manufacturing space (2,000 FT2 is dedicated office space; balance is manufacturing space). Manufacturing space is used for engineering, part production, quality testing, and storage space for both raw materials and finished goods. Equipment includes new state-of-the art CNC OD grinding machine, a plant compressor, several smaller/specialized manual machines in its Cutter Grinding department (both manual and CNC turning), milling, grinding and tool & cutter grinding machines and a full complement of inspection equipment.
