ACR Solar International Corp. is the outgrowth of a company Al Rich (Al) founded in 1979. It was incorporated as a ACR Solar International Corp. (ACR Solar) in 1997. ACR Solar did $2,120,857 in business in 2024, down from a high of $4,552,338 in 2022. The company downsized in 2024 due to the need to recover from severe mismanagement by the previous CEO. The previous CEO assured Al that he could semi retire after 45 years in solar but failed causing Al, at 75, too had to take over Management of the business and keep it going because of the EIDL and other debt built up by the previous CEO's mismanagement.

There is a lot to unpack here. As majority owner, Al is open to any discussions as to good ways to move forward and is willing to stay on to help the new owners. Since placing this ad, Al has had numerous conversations with interested individuals', and it appears that most are interested in being partners which is a good option to discuss. The $100,000 listed as the asking price is a holding number as the total investment will need to be more for marketing, covering debt, and materials. The total funding would be far less that what has been invested to get the company to the point it is at and with the excellent team and reputation it has. A participating investor / manager is welcome. The goal is to, as quickly as possible, get ACR Solar back to being a highly profitable company.
