Screen printing business located in Downtown Apex. Established business started in 1987 with many repeat customers that have been ordering from us for decades.
Lots of room to grow the business as I have not advertised or had a legitimate website for over 30 years.
Net income in 2025 was 52K. I pay a book keeper roughly 23K per year that would increase the Net income to 75K if you did that yourself. I am currently working approx. 20 hours a week, which was intentional since Covid as I have been slowing down as I enter into retirement. Profitability was much higher when I was working full time.
Business will need to be relocated to a different location.
Lease rate is currently $3,200 a month. Should be fairly easy to find a suitable space for much less.
