We have put processes in place that encompass every phase of the process from initial contact with an owner, the bid process, the design process and construction process.
2024 was strong with $2.8mil in revenue.
The ideal buyer will have business experience and some construction experience.
We have people in place that have top level construction experience that will stay on.
I will stay on the license for up to a year.
Note: I had my company listed with a biz broker last year for $1.2mil. I had an LOI and waited months for the SBA loan before the buyer flaked out.
I offer seller financing for 33% of the purchase price. I will not wait for an SBA loan. I have priced this aggressively to attract a serious buyer who has the cash and is ready to buy. We have more on our draw schedules from signed contracts than what we are asking for a purchase price.
