Founded in 2005, this 20-year technology company specializes in the sale of Microsoft licensing. The company serves as a Cloud Solution Provider, reselling Microsoft Licensed products to customers across 40 states. Licenses are purchased through Microsoft at wholesale pricing and resold generally to small businesses and government entities at MSRP. In addition to reselling Microsoft licenses other income is derived from offering backup service licensing, engineering and consulting services, and selling Barracuda license resales. 90% of revenue comes from the Microsoft licensing resales.

A new owner would need to understand the licensing process. This knowledge could gained in as little as one week through on-line education provided by Microsoft.

Operations could be managed from anywhere in the United States either as a fully remote business for a sole owner or the company could be absorbed by an existing IT company.
