Heartsong Nutrition began on July 1, 2012. High exposure and parking. 25K cars go by daily on one of the main thoroughfares, Ashland Street. This store sells Nutritional Healing Supplements, and has a healthy smoothie Bar and an Organic Raw Juice Bar in which supplements can be added to them. We use Doordash and Uber Eats.for our take-out service a 2025 addition.
We have a Meditation room, equipped with sound controlled 50" Sony Flatscreen where thousands of U Tube meditation videos, which can be instantly viewed, according to your specific Spiritual Journey. The Meditation room is also a music room, equipped with latest Bluetooth technology Pro-12 channel mixer, mics, drums, and powerful speakers. (not on equip. list, can make a separate deal on that)
Ashland is a beautiful place to live. It is an eclectic community, good schools, easy living, and fun things to do. Close to the ocean, Redwoods, and hiking trails. This is the home of SOU College Shakespeare Theatre Festival. (100,000 people attend per year, most of them tourists). We just started advertising in the Shakespeare Program. Market Outlook / Competition
The store is now geared up for the marketing boom to descend upon us. The store ended at the bottom of a 13 year low, in 2024, but still broke even due to our own analysis of expenses and margins. Sales in January were on par of last year. The market lost a major raw juice store last year which places Heartsong as one of the only raw juice places in the valley. Covid, Inflation, War. We survived that, and now it's time to liquidate the store or turn it over to a fresh entrepeneur.
Opportunities for Growth
There are very few raw juice and healthy smoothie bars in the 75 miles of this area. The concept can grow into a powerful multi-chain business. (Ashland, Medford, Rogue River, Grants Pass, Merlin, Talent, Montague, etc.
The raw juice business is not something that you can do online. Customers demand that we make them fresh, in front of them. The store space of 2200 square feet is too large for the operations we do. The space needs to be subdivided. At half the space and half the rent, the store, as it is, could see $60,000 cash flow. I can't do it.
