Large amounts of collectables, art, purses, perfumes, jewelry, CD's, house hold items, a deep inventory of natural crystals and sterling silver/ crystal jewelry. 10 glass cases to highlight jewelry and giftables. Wall shelves that cover 2600 sq foot of our store. Hangers well in excess of the current clothing counts. Huge active account consignors. Computer software from Resale World Consignment software.

- The current local market is Very good. there is not much competition in Panama City at this time and the world of young shoppers are very positive about the consignment industry as a whole. Timing is very good for acquisition.

- Very good growth opportunities. Due to the model of consignment being one where the sale of the items in question are paid at the end of the months payout cycle. There is not a real need to pay for inventory until after the items has been bought, and paid for. Inventory usually exceeds demand so the consignment owners does not have to budget for purchase of inventory each season. Marketing to the consigner database becomes the main method of getting inventory. Word of mouth is a powerful advantage to a consignment store with thousands of registered partners.
