Locally owned and operated Texas Limestone crusher quarry located in North Central Texas. Quarry produces a range of aggregate and by products including, but not limited to: Commercial Road Base, 1” Aggregate Cement Rock, Asphalt Rock, Chat & Chip Rock Aggregate. Owner currently outsources turnkey blast and crushing operation producing various product to their specifications.

Quarry is 73.5 +/- Acres per tax records. Site boring has been performed on property in 23 locations with results indicating the site will yield an estimated 3,324,864 tons of material. Owner has also conducted soil tests. Owner has own loader, scales & office/scale house on site that conveys with business.

At conclusion of most recent crushing operation, as of July 17, 2023 there is an estimated 40,000 tons of various materials inventoried on site. This number changes daily due to regular shipments to meet area demand. New owner can hit the ground running with standing inventory in addition to scheduling additional blast and crushing operation or bring own equipment on site.
