This is the only standing BBQ building in the area. There are a few trailers sprinkled around that are a little more limited as to what they can serve.
Opportunities for Growth
We were only open Tuesday - Saturday, 11-7. Extending the hours until 8pm or later each day would have a positive impact on sales. We are also closed on Sundays. Opening on Sundays would also have a positive impact since many places in the area are closed on Sundays. With having the drive-thru, having a small breakfast menu would be a huge success!
