Selling my Private Investigation firm that has been established and profitable for the past 11 years. I am only selling because I want to use the money to start a nail salon for my girlfriend and retire out of this business.
REQUIREMENTS MEETING OR ME DOING ANYTHING
1. Bank Statement showing $300,000 cash
2. $100 deposit prior to first meeting (I have had a lot of people waste my time)
3. Realize there is no owner financing
4. Realize SBA or a Bank is not going to fund you a loan so you need $300,000 cash in hand to buy this business.
5. Realize the price is firm and not moving and there is no owner financing
6. I require a message stating "I have read your terms in the BizBuySell description" otherwise you will get absolutely no response!
