Established in 2005, with the current owner purchasing the business 13 years ago, this business caters to wine enthusiasts and creative folks alike- offering instructional wine making courses. The business is differentiated from other competitors based upon higher quality wine and a quality, memorable experience for customers. Customers are able to personalize their wine blends by selecting the grapes utilized and by creating their own unique wine label/brand. Aside from offering a wine making experience, they also offer food making experiences and host corporate events which may include balsamic bottling, olive oil bottling and mozzarella making.

There is a large seasonal component of the business, with the fall being the busiest time of the year. Customers select their preferences prior to the first of four total sessions. All activities are scheduled in advance, there are no drop-in hours with all hours serviced being by appointment.
Generally, the owner schedules sessions between 10am-10pm on Friday nights, Saturday's, and Sunday's. There is half a dozen part-time/seasonal W2 employees that are paid hourly ranging from $16-17 an hour. They receive gratuities during corporate events and wine sessions as well.
The license required to operate is an Instructional Wine Making Facility License. The facility itself is licensed, they cannot sell wine but can teach people how to make it. This transaction is contingent on transfer of this license.
