This is an agreement with Phenix Salon Suites to build 3 locations on Long Island. Phenix Salon Suites provides space rentals for small businesses that don't want to have all the major overhead in running their business. Some industries that occupy this space are Hair, Nail, and the beauty industry in general. The current owner is involved with other interests and does not wish to continue with the agreement. Owner is willing to pay the transfer fee and is listening to all offers.
