Reliant Health Brands (RxH), is a full-scale developer, manufacturer, and distributor of proprietary flavored oral and topical formulations primarily for dogs, cats, and horses in its owned 17,000 square foot facility headquartered in FL. RxH sources its raw materials and custom-manufactured primary packaging from a diverse set of qualified suppliers, so that tariffs and other supply chain disruptions have little effect on the sustainability of the company's operations.

As an innovator in the market for liquid pet supplements (a growing dosage form according to the company's major retail partners), RxH has developed numerous proprietary active-ingredient blends and formulas, providing its exclusive pet products under the LIQUID-VET® brand name with new novel and innovative dosage forms set to launch this quarter (with very strong interest with current and new retail partners already).

RxH’s holistic formulas are recognized for its retailer exclusive flavor options making its formulas tastier, easier to dose, and healthier as compared to typical pills, powders, and chews that feature little to no innovation in the market and crowd existing store shelves.

The company currently offers hip & joint, itch & allergy, teeth & gums, kidney & bladder, calm & content, flea & tick, pre & post biotic, multi-functional, and immune product lines.

RxH has a dedicated consumer following and diverse base of retail customers across a variety of classes of trade, including mass, grocery, pet specialty chains, farm & feed, and online-only retailers.

Future growth plans include launching (already developed in-house) oral and topical formulations for humans and intends to launch those lines under the LIQUID-DOC® brand name. In addition, RxH has the capability and knowledge to further expand into over-the-counter (“OTC”) pharmaceutical products under both the LIQUID-DOC® and LIQUID-VET® brands in the future.
