Only private clinic in the area, so attracts those desiring specialized care that is not rushed. They like the personal touch. There are University clinics owned by Duke and UNC.We did not lose patients when they moved to the area. We continue to attract new patients at a high rate. - Opportunities for Growth
- Pros:
Great growth opportunities with potential of expanding services of the clinic. Continue to receive new patient visit requests. We have had to deny new patients and make a waiting list of those interested in becoming patients at the clinic. Have not been able to fully care for the patient load that we have. City is growing rapidly (fastest in the county), so exposure has increased. Great word of mouth foundation.
Cons: I won't be working (have not planned on it, at least) in the clinic and my reputation plays a role in clinic success.
