Business Description
In 2019 I launched Utah Overland renting out a Jeep Rubicon JK with Roof Top Tent to people wanting to go overland camping who did not have the gear. Over the next few years I figured out who the target clients were and how to attract them. This allows customers to fly or travel in without all the camping gear and experience Utah the way it was meant to be experienced. Summer is the busy season really April - October but there are opportunities to expand to year around. I run it out of my house so it could be moved anywhere in Utah.

Monthly expenses are not too many. I have a loan on the Jeep, Personal insurance, (I keep a personal insurance policy so that I can drive it insured in between rentals but each of the renters get a policy for their trips through the rental software), Then its all the other small expense for a business website hosting, cleaning the jeep, phone, advertisement etc - Website

- There are others doing it, but mostly on sites like Outdoorsy etc. Most of those are not specialty vehicles like this nd are more traditional RVs. They can't go anywhere a Jeep can go.
- Opportunities for Growth
- I receive several inquiries from groups interested in renting more than one vehicle, which presents an opportunity to expand into a fleet. The e-commerce store could also be expanded.
It was growing on its own with a little bit of marketing but my travel schedule has not let me keep up on it so the last couple years it has been neglected and I would like to see it go to someone who can take it to the next level.
