A quick background. We are a Family owned, Italian bakery factory in Queens NY since 1901. My brother and I moved to FL full time after covid and opened bagel-deli shops. We decided to open retail shops with the intentions of being able to move to FL full time. We achieved the goal and recently opened our second shop near Disney. We ship all of our bagels down from NYC parboiled in NY water. My brother runs retail operations, and I handle the wholesale and distribution of our product.

We are selling this location to go full force with opening more locations. Any future locations we open will be done with owner operators. Or owners who have store managers ready to go. Our foundation has been laid, and our supply chain has been tested and proven for the last 3 years.

This location has 4 years left on lease, with an additional 5-year option (our option) that has the year 6 rent spelled out. the option picks up after the 5th year with same yearly increase so no unknown price increase.

SALE Options:
A licensing agreement to operate under our brand. Products will be purchased and distributed through us. Eventually we would like to transition to a franchise.
