Natural Fertilizer and BioChar Manufacturing
Business Description
This growing business produces Natural Fertilizer and soil enhancing BioChar products that are in demand but are also in a niche market. The business isn’t particularly glamorous, but the profits are nice, and the growth opportunities are tremendous. Our plant is located in a rural area close to the Kentucky border.
We produce and bag natural fertilizer, biochar and horticultural charcoal. All manufacturing and bagging are done on site. We are expanding from being a regional supplier to having our products available nationally.
The demand for biochar and natural gardening products is growing rapidly. The shift toward healthier living and fewer chemicals in our food supply begins with how we supplement and fertilize our soil.
We have an active minority member that manages the entire operation, he and other key employees are all staying on. As a new owner, you can take an active position in the business or be more of a silent administrator type. Totally your choice of just how involved you would like to be.
We’ll consider investments ranging from $500,000 to a maximum of $1,300,000. Up to majority ownership of the business is available at $25,000 per percentage point of ownership. Our attorney will convey proportionate shares of ownership interest to our new owner. We'll issue quarterly dividends with full return on your initial investment expected in just 24 fully operational months.
We are hardworking family-oriented people that have an exceptional opportunity here to grow this business into something really special and are looking for a likeminded new owner to take this journey with. We're not interested in working with your typical private equity groups or financial sharks. We want to build something that lasts and supports all involved for many years to come.
With the right person or group, we can be somewhat flexible on terms so if you’re interested and qualified, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
