Seven franchised wellness membership business locations in highly desirable areas throughout Central Florida. Locations provide wellness related products and services, including massage, total body stretch, rapid tension relief and facials, to walk-in and member customers. Sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes and each service offers optional charged upgrades. The membership model provides monthly recurring revenue for each franchised location and creates a “sticky” relationship between the franchisee and its customers. Five of the locations were opened in 2022 and 2023, have completed the startup phase, and are poised for rapid growth. Revenues shown are projected 2024 based on TTM and cash flow is projected 2024.
