The Company brings distinct and in-depth knowledge of HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) funding programs such as Affordable Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (4% & 9%), City HOME, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding, FHLBI AHP, tax increment financing (TIF), and other mixed-income and affordable housing funding sources.
Their primary revenues are derived from construction management advisory fees, development fees, property management fees, as well as the proceeds from the sale of its projects. The Company utilizes specific, co-owned, “Project Companies” organized as independent LPs or LLCs.
