We are an established pool and hot tub retail sales and service business servicing 6 counties, 3 in SW Michigan and 3 in NW Indiana. We have been actively in business since 1989. We open and close swimming pools, hot tubs, spas. We install pool and spa equipment, safety covers and liners. We use professional contractors for installations of pools and spas. We have service equipment and retail office equipment that goes with the business. Inventory may be purchased, we usually carry in the off season about 17 to 20K in inventory. Our Cassopolis retail building and property goes with the sale. We can work with a new owner up to 12 weeks conditionally if wanted. There is not a lot of competition in this trade and more pool and spa techs are needed. We have 3 Michigan suppliers and more out of state suppliers. We receive truck deliveries and UPS and Fed EX deliveries. Our staff is seasonal. Some return some do not. We are also advertised in Real Estate Business for sale on line. We completed 417 pool and hot tub service jobs in the 2023 pool season. It could have been more if we had more time. We have many loyal customers.This past pool season 2024 we service 563 pools from April to November. People are still calling for service and retail supplies.
