We have hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing and now, the biggest tourism industry that's ever been in our state, off the road vehicle riding on the 1000 miles of dedicated tram roads in our southern West Virginia coalfield. For instance, last year, they sold 90,000 permits for people to come in and ride our trails on four wheelers and ATVs. And don't forget Whitewater rafting. We have the best in the East.

This is a great state to live in and you can tell I'm prejudiced as I was born here, went off to school and came back to Charleston, and have been a practicing real estate professional for 53 years.
