Seeking an experienced LMS (Learning Management System) administrator or eLearning firm interested in buying out a contract providing LMS support services to a corporate client. The contract will generate guaranteed gross revenue of $457k over the next 2.5 years and will auto-renew in April 2029. Additionally, the seller will transfer ownership of the LMS account, which means the buyer will own all of the client’s data and historical records. This arrangement ensures that the client automatically renews, as they have for 10+ years, as changing to a different provider would mean the client loses access to all of their users contact information and learning data.

The current administrator spends 5-10 hours a week assisting the customer. This is the sale of the contract only, not the full business. Cash only, as this transaction won’t qualify for financing. ***Must have experience working with Learning Management Systems.***

Services provided to the client include managing learner accounts, assigning courses to designated roles and groups, assisting in uploading learning content, troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to client administrators, generating reports regarding LMS usage, learner performance, course activity, and learner/course data, collaborating with instructional designers and IT staff, and advising the client on changes, new features and updates to the LMS platform.
