The Company follows a conservative investment philosophy that emphasizes principal maintenance and income generation instead of reliance on growth and speculation. The Company also offers a full line of personal and commercial insurance including vehicle, property, business, and life.

INVESTMENT APPEAL

• Superior Name and Reputation: The Company has built a superior name and reputation in the investment advisory and insurance markets. The Company is known for its expertise, client-focused approach, integrity, and superior service, which bolster client satisfaction and retention as well as drive referral business.

• Diversified Customer Base: No single customer accounted for more than 4% of revenue during the
historical period. The diversified customer base helps ensure that the Company will not be significantly impacted by the loss of a single account.

• Strong Historical Sales and Earnings Growth: Revenue grew at a 7% CAGR while earnings as measured by EBITDA grew at a 64% CAGR between 2023 and 2025. EBITDA margins grew from 6% to 15% of revenue while owners’ cash flow margins grew from 30% to 36%.

• Growth Opportunities: The established business methodologies refined by the Company are expected to yield growth going forward. However, the Company has limited budget for advertising and also limited capacity or desire under current ownership/staff to take on additional clients. A new owner with capital and marketing ideas could expand both sides of the office. The resultant revenue and profitability derived from these ventures has not been included in the projections contained herein.
