Established in 2009, this family-owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Fort Collins has seen revenues increase every year up until COVID and remain stable and profitable post-COVID. As the only fully plant-based restaurant in a fifty-mile radius, it has consistently driven out competitors and remains a cornerstone for the community, being a place to inspire healthy living through creative, scratch-made cuisine.
