Our value proposition to our Local segment customers are:
1) We remove the pain and headache of sourcing auto parts by always ensuring availability
2) We meet the time-sensitive requirement by providing parts much earlier or no later than the promised timeline
3) We offer the flexibility of allowing direct pickup from our warehouse and delivery to customers’ locations
4) We supply auto parts at a local competition-beating price made possible through our prosperous relationship with our distributors over many years
We have successfully expanded to attain customers in all the NYC boroughs and the northern part of New Jersey due to our value proposition, customer-oriented service and strategic investment and the implementation of sales and marketing mechanisms, leading to having over 5000 unique customer profiles in our database.
The other business segment is the e-commerce sales of auto parts which targets the entire continental US market. Our current strategy utilizes three channels to target this market segment: online store in Amazon, online stores in eBay and our own website (partscargo.com). The business model of our e-commerce segment fulfills the auto parts needs of those customers outside the scope of our Local business segment, and we serve them by shipping their ordered parts via carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) to their desired address.
Our value proposition to our E-Commerce segment customers are:
1) We created all our highly detail-oriented listings from scratch in-house for customers to navigate and find all the necessary information with ease and to build trust
2) We provide a flexible returns policy which assures customers that they will be taken care of in the event of any after-sales issues
3) We offer free shipping, and a highly competitive price compared to our competition possible due to the long-standing and fruitful relationship we have cultivated with our distributors.
To expand our market share, we have recently adopted the strategy of investing in Paid per Click marketing across all three channels since the second half of 2024 and are starting to see steady growth in our sales.
Financially, both our sales and profits have experienced a steady and consistent increase since our inception with the exception of the CoViD-19 period. Our adoption of lean management philosophy aids us to maintain a cost-effective operational structure. The rigorous training and attentive monitoring system of our new hires allows us to eliminate inefficiencies from our operation and minimize incurrence of wasteful costs. Due to these practices, we have managed to survive the harsh business conditions without any outside injection of capital or employee layoffs.
