We are a United States-based company with patented health and beauty products. We
have distribution on-shelf in over 7,500 U.S. retail chain stores and distributors, as well as most drug chains in Canada, and a strong Amazon presence. Current revenue is about $1 million with a gross margin of more than 75%, but a lot of our distribution is new. We have done the heavy-lifting regarding distribution/vendor agreements, manufacturing agreements, packaging, regulatory, patent work, etc. No significant marketing or advertising has been applied yet, so this business is well-positioned to scale rapidly by marketing current patented products and by adding products into our wide distribution. The current business could be positioned as a TEA EB-5 if desired. It could also be positioned as a business with new broad distribution on an upward trajectory, needing only capital for expansive growth. Or it could be used to gain immediate, broad distribution for a company with other products.

As our headquarters includes only R&D and offices, the main office is portable to any location without extensive relocation costs. Contract manufacturing and distribution is in rural areas of the U.S..

There are many fully-developed new products/technologies in addition to what is included, and has been launched, that could be launched after acquisition of the base company with a royalty agreement.
